Recently, I upgrade my Business protection to Small office administration with the latest progam,
then I try to renew my license.
but after I insert the license key, the next admin login, the renewal notification always appear,
from my experience, it should not appear anymore after we insert the new license…
could you help me to solve this problem?

The problem still occur. Each time when we’re trying to login to the SOA Web Console, the pop up will appear. We think the problem occur beacause the previous license only for 30 users. Our client renawal their’s license and add 20 users. The new license is 50 users using Endpoint Protection Suite.
Now when we login the web console, we see the popup tell that the license is 30 and expired now.
