I can’t shutdown my computer because I always get " Avast software Installer is still working . Do not Shut Down your Laptop" since 3-4 days.
Any help is appreciated.

Ive never heard of that before so could you post a screen shot of it.
also which version of avast are you using, free, premium or one and is the version upto date.

It would appear that you have opted to install the Software Updater - I use Avast Free and I haven’t installed that option. As I don’t have the Software Updater component I can’t speak from personal experience, so I don’t know if there is a way to exclude these programs from update checks.
Given the three programs listed in your image, you could manually update these programs individually. That said they might be old and not have an update, though that I would have thought unlikely or Avast shouldn’t be trying to update or there is an issue connecting to get the update.
