Hello guys,

I really i cant find solution here using “search” bottom

So today i got “avast software updater” accont. I cant type password because i dont know it :slight_smile: avast software updater is administrator accont, there is not my accont only “avast software updater”.

I cant go to safe mode because i have to type password

I cant fix (using reboot, then f8, then “repair”) my laptop because i have to type password

windows 7
latest avast version (i think)

Please help me i need my laptop tomorrow

It really is not clear what you are trying to say.

The avast software updater is never asking for a password.
Is it that when you select update you have to provide Windows(!) with a password in order to install the update?
