It can be a nice tool, it can be a bad tool, the avast software updater.
Today the popup come, so check. there are a few programs to update.
The problem is only that avast is showing programs that need some upodate that already are uptodate.
In the case thunderbird, i have updatyed that yesterday manual in thunderbirnd (never use auto updaters)
Refresh in software updater keeps saying that thunderbrid need to be updated. Not good.

Seems very usefull to report it as new topic. use enough forums that most times you dont find old post. or the post is so old its not valid.
