Avast Sotware folder files

Hi, I want to ask why there are in C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\AVAST Software so many “wal…” files each empty, how are they supposed to be created and what should they contain.

I barely have anything in AppData for Avast, most of the files are in Program Files and ProgramData, as it installs on the computer as a whole with Admin escalation. AppData is just your specific Windows User Id.

In Local, The only AppData folders I have once I get to the Avast Software folder are ‘Avast’ (which has one .json file in it) and ‘Browser’, which has an empty subfolder called “CrashReports”

Roaming has a lot more stuff when you navigate further down but no ‘wal…’ folders.

I also didn’t find them on my other PC. I am just curious if they have something with scans or threats. I want only know if in past it was active and protecting my PC, I recently uninstalled it and tried Avast One, but I got back Avast Free AV and old scan reports are probably gone. In EventViewer I see application events only to 1 year ago, how could I get back to my old scan reports.
