Avast spamming me with url:mal blocked getusaaall.info

Hello all! When I boot up my pc and log in I get spammed with tonnes of messages from avast saying that a url:mal was blocked with the url: getusaaall.info,

Note: this also pops up when scanning
I have run malwarebytes and avast multiple times but have not found anything,
Please help me,
