my avast status is showing as unsecured, and the subscription status is showing as active.
i have tried the steps given in the knowledge base which tells about starting the program manually from services.msc, but it does not solve the problem.
i am also trying to upload the files by submitting the ticket, but this also seems to be not working.
please help me out.
Hi,
Did you try to repair avast? Go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Select avast 5 > Repair. If this doesn’t work you can always try a clean reinstall. Here are very detailed instuctions by SafeSurf.
