Avast support center why not haven any response??

and thank very much for some people help, but still now i have not resolve this problem …

so i create a Ticket(for this false block alert of avast) to Avast support center in the date :12.12.2012, the Ticket ID:BXK-977772,

so many days pasted i have not got any response…

In all honesty you should have stayed in your original topic (faster than support ticket) as this would make it active again moving it back up the topic order.

Did you report it as suggested by Asyn in Reply #4 using the contact form (not support ticket) mentioned in your other topic ?
