I wanted to help a member on the French section who has multiple subscriptions (ultimate + cleanup premium +VPN + premium? ).
I wanted to redirect him to the avast support to get a more precise point with his subscriptions but I couldn’t find the selection of the “ultimate” (paid) product.

Nevertheless, I think that by going through another product (cleanup for example) avast will be able to answer him and sort through his subscriptions and multiple payments for products that are already included in ultimate, but I wanted to point out this lack in the selectable products in the support.
Can avast add “ultimate” ?

That’s what I did, but the link to the support (in French) is not the same, there is no phone contact, only by email by choosing a paying product in the list and “ultimate” is not present.(cf screenshot)
Nevertheless, it was more a general suggestion for avast than a specific request to help this particular member … when I see the difficulties that many members have in contacting avast … not being able to select the product they purchased adds a little more difficulty. :-\
I guess Ultimate isn’t listed because it’s no real product but just a license pack.
Anyway, I agree with you that it should show up regarding sales support requests.
