Tried several times, getting numerous image codes when trying to submit a ticket to Avast Support Group. Why is this happening, I do put the correct codes each time, and still it says it’s an error.

I am using Windows 7, 32-bit. I don;t understand what else you need. Does anyone else have problems with these codes when trying to email to Avast Support Group when submitting a ticket?

I am receiving this error message-- ERROR: Invalid Verification Image Code
I keep getting this every time I put the correct code in, does anyone have this problem when trying to put a ticket in the support group
