Just called avast support regarding subscription issues, and they muted their voice then hung up randomly after I told them my issue. Pathetic help lol. I Just recently bought an Avast Premium Security Licence and Avast Cleanup premium, both of which say “something went wrong” when I try to activate the subscriptions. If anyone can offer any help and be more of use then the support line, I would appreciate it very much.
Not sure who it was you spoke to, possibly third party support ?

Select the option/s closest to your issue, see attached image of the options I think you need to follow relative to your issue, then choose email, this will give you fields to input and a Details box to give you a change to briefly explain the problem.
