AVAST Support, No Response to Tickets

I want to know what does it take to get someone in this company to give you customer service? I wanted a refund on my virus software and grime fighter and was rudely referred that I would have have to submit a ticket on your support page. I had already did that. It’s been 10 days, 3 tickets later, 2 for the refund, and one about your bad customer service? I was told someone would answer the ticket but it doesn’t appear to be the case. You used to have a good product but who wants to deal with a company who won’t even let you talk to a live human being.

I’m posting here not to be a troll but because I want to be heard and obviously it doesn’t seem like anyone is manning the support forum at least the section for refunds.

As has been explained many times... Submitting multiple tickets/changing a existing one will put you back at the bottom of the stack causing increasing the wait time for you, cluttering the ticket system etc.

Please use the search option before posting.
Things like this have been explained many many times already.

I was issued a confirmed acknowledgement to ticket #IFU-163-34210 on Dec.11. Still awaiting a reply to my issue regarding overcharge.

skidle, did you create another ticket or changed that one ?

I contacted an avast team member for this issue.
It’s night time in the Czech Republic now so he may not see this till tomorrow morning.
Hopefully he will be able to help you.

Just do not start another support ticket.

Also guys, keep in mind there was at least 7-10 processing days lost throughout the Holidays. :slight_smile:

Ok, so you changed the ticket.
That means you where put back to the bottom of the stack.

skidle, I found your ticket. You should get response soon. It was on a way from one department to another one. And together with the Xmas it caused the delay :frowning:

My ticket was posted Feb. 20, and I got a response today Feb.23. I hope I get problem resolved today! Cannot remove avast mobile security from android phone.
