Good luck with trying to cancel auto renew …they will send you to a dead link that doesn’t work good luck with submitting tickets they go ignored and tell you that it is first come first serve…almost a month later no response…read others post it’s the same experience …I have contacted them about a month ago and they have never responded. Avast is looking criminal in my opinion. They have made their business practices very shady to say the least. To absolutely ignore any attempts to address this issue just shows their intent. I will NEVER do business with Avast again because of their shady practices. It looks as if they only option they leave is to take it up with the banking institution that issues the credit card they are charging. Anything I have seen offered up as solutions are just dead ends or rabbit holes. They get you no where but frustrated.

If a link is not working there, you should contact Digital River/Nexway.

Did you create multiple tickets or changed the initial one ?

If you mention your ticket number here, I will try to get someone from avast to have a look at it.

Not being responsible seems to be a part of the problem with Avast. Its convenient

@Jerry46 - I’m sorry for late reply. Your ticket ended in “Complaints” queue which had lower priority. We removed category “Complaint” from our support portal to avoid such issue in future. It was used for other types of requests anyway.
