Avast Support not responding

Hi,
I’ve written avast billing support for a refund 3x in the past week and have not gotten a response. I wrote to support and did not get a response.

Are you still in business?

Why aren’t you responding to inquiries?

Posting here to find out what’s going on…

Were you using the support ticket system, e.g. you should get a support ticket ID ?

If you did, submitting multiple tickets on the same issue could well be your problem. Support Tickets are handled in a first in first out, by submitting multiple tickets on the same issue and orderID, etc. will drop you back to the bottom of the list.

David@ Would you have a link to support that gives a ticket ID? I have tried to find said support but cannot find it.
