why does the avast support scree pops up when i boot my pc
First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.
A screenshot might help as we can’t see what you see.
Create a screenshot on your computer and save it locally. Using windows explorer or other file management system drag and drop into your post.
David Thanks. I’ll do it next time i boot up, But for reference it is the chat box/screen used for remote support by avast techs
Interesting, I have never seen that, I don’t know if this is a function/feature of paid versions, being an Avast Antivirus Free user. What program are you using Avast One ?
Mind you it isn’t that often I restart my system.
Even so, it seems somewhat strange though as many posts in the community forum are from people trying to connect to Avast support.
