Hi,

I just tried to reply to an ongoing support incident (via Chrome on Win8) and received this when I clicked on the link in the email:

Here’s most of the the link:
https://support.avast.com/index.php?/Tickets/Ticket/View/

“Attackers might be trying to steal your information from support.avast.com (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID”
“This server could not prove that it is support.avast.com; its security certificate is from *.freshdesk.com. This may be caused by a misconfiguration or an attacker intercepting your connection.Your connection is not private”

I’m not going override Chrome’s security at this time.
What’s up with this?

Thanks . . .

@brcobrem - your ticket is still in our old system (https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=177577.0). Can you reply to this ticket via email?
The message is caused by missing “correct” certificate. We are working on resolution. However the link http://support.avast.com/index.php?/Tickets/Ticket/View/… lead nowhere now :frowning: Look at https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=177577.0 for more details

i got the same problem. i am still awaiting for a resolution of this issue

With no information other than your comment above, it will be difficult to help.

When did you submit your ticket ?

If you have your support ticket ID - if so please post it ?
