avast support site

Whenever I try to access the support site I simply get a completely blank page!

I’m using the link provided by avast after I registered, but I see nada, zip, nothing!!

Mac OS X 10.5.6

Help, anybody???

Not being a Mac user, I’m not sure what link you got but here are a couple that should work as I have just accessed both links.

http://www.avast.com/eng/avast-antivirus-mac-edition.html

http://www.avast.com/eng/technical_support.html

There is also a Mac section on these forums where you can also ask for help and state your problems or concerns.

Thanks for the help, but I’m referring to the avast support site - http://support.avast.com/ - this just results in a blank page.

Try to clear your browsers cache / cookies.

It seems to load fine in Both Safari and Firefox under 10.5.6 (intel).

Try resetting safari (Under the Safari menu choose Reset Safari)
