Hi, i need to solve a problem, but unfortunately it just can happen with some avast developers help, or someone who takes care of their web site…Please, could somebody tell me an email that i can use? I’ve already tried to send an email to the avast support team, but i had no answer.

Well support @ avast.com is the standard email address though I would echo onlysomeone’s question, outline your problem here as there are many of the developers contribute.
However your mention of someone who takes care of their web site I would say wasn’t one of the avast program developers but webmaster or web design team, which isn’t really an avast support issue ???

I will try to explain my problem…I’m a member of Superdownloads team (www.superdownloads.com.br), a Brazilian download web site.
When you go to the avast support page (http://www.avast.com/eng/technical_support.html), you can see that there is a link to download avast version in Portuguese in our web site, but this links is wrong, so I need to talk to some avast webmaster or the web design team and ask them to change.
I really appreciate for all of your attention…!

I’m the translator… I’ve downloaded the latest version Saturday… the link was correct… what’s wrong?
I’m still not sure what the problem is.
a) There is no download link from the page you gave, I followed it through Downloads > Programs to this page, http://www.avast.com/por/programs.html
b) here you have to select which version you want to download, Home version, http://www.avast.com/por/download-avast-home.html Pro Version http://www.avast.com/por/download-avast-professional.html.
c) in both these pages you have to scroll down to the language version you wish to download.
Home http://files.avast.com/iavs4pro/setupptg.exe Portuguese Portugal version.
Pro - This might be what you are talking about as there is a Portuguese Brazil version listed but no Portuguese Portugal version.
Is this the problem you are referring to (or is it something different) ?
As none of the links point to an outside download source (as your post seems to imply) they are all within avast.com

When you click on thee Superdownloads link you are directed to > http://downloads.ubbi.com.br/home.asp , but we are not partners of UBBI.COM.BR anymore… So acctualy it’s no Superdownloads web site, if you do that you are downloading from UBBI DOWNLOAD…

You’re talking about 3rd party websites… the webmasters of that sites should change it…
