You appear to have an undetected or hidden trojan spambot sending email.

Try some of the on-line scanners mentioned by Frank, I would avoid Panda as they don’t encrypt their signatures and this can cause avast to detect them (in the system folders later). Pause the standard shield as Frank mentions, to avoid a possible clash. This should also speed the overall scan duration, once complete don’t forget to enable it.

You might also try this if you haven’t already got this software (freeware), download, install, update and run it, preferably in safe mode.
