Avast Systray icon

Hi

I have just updated to the latest avast 4.7.986 and for the first time the avast systray icon does not circle around when I open files or web pages. Is this a new program modification or is there a problem? ???

P.S. It shoud be blue & spinning around, otherwise you “told” avast! to not to spin :

As I had a problem with the new version I had a look at the forum just some minutes ago. My logo didn’t spin either and other tray icons that were there before were gone.

It helped for me - startup is back at normal (no 2 minutes waiting for avast startup).

This isn’t a program modification the avast icon should rotate, check the Program Settings, Appearance and ensure the animate the icon is checked.

Hi again

After several reboots the icon is now rotating and functional; I have also just confirmed that the animate button in Appearances is checked. Thanks
