I asked costumer support to cancel my subscription, not asking for a refund, just cancelling it, since the option to do so myself doesn’t appear when I go to manage my subscription. I insisted they do so, but they kept insisting on doing it closer to the renewal date for no reason at all. I explained I’m an old man who’s starting to suffer from memory loss, and that I didn’t know if I would be able to remember it closer to that date. They promised to send the issue to the proper department and that I would receive an email soon, but I haven’t received anything.
I can’t help but to think Avast is a predatory company that takes advantage of people like me for money.
