Avast taking up lots of battery?

Hello all,

after installing the new version of Avast Mobile Security on my Samsung S2 which is running a custom rom (resuraction remix 2.6 → believe it is on ICS 4.0.4), it seems to be draining my battery at a fast rate?

Anything i can do about this?

Hello,
try this: reboot your phone and check power consumption 24 hours later.
you’ll see this is not the normal behaviour.

if this happens after the reboot as well, please, send us a feedback via the app Settings-About-Send Feedback with all the checkboxes ticked. You will receive an email in reply with some information.
