I am a paid subscriber of AVAST and was not able to reinsert the lic file on my laptop, so far no answer from the support and not able to submit ticket…Is this normal ??

Well, if you mean the 3rd party Iyogi telephone support, I would say they follow the gold standard of all 3rd party phone support.

What Avast! version? ( I assume AIS, the only Avast! license that can be used multiple times? )

How are you trying to insert license? Do you have the correct setup file?
