Some shields were off an Avast was running in passive mode. I uninstalled Panda and Avast still thought it was there. found an active panda service still running and disabled that. Ran three programs specifically designed by Panda to remove all traces of Panda. After reboot Avast was still telling me to uninstall Panda. I had it enable all shiled any way and do active protection.

Do I still have a Panda problem?

Like most programs the removal tools don’t fully remove every trace, a file search for Panda (including hidden files) will likely be required and a search through the registry as well.
