avast throwing blue screens when playing the game grand chase

I’m using avast free antivirus 7 in windows 7 64 Bit SP1. It happened when I installed avast free antivirus 7. My pc turns blue screen then restarts when I open grand chase.

I used Norton 360 before avast!.

OK, please try this…

  1. Download avast! Free Antivirus Beta: http://files.avast.com/test5beta/avast_free_antivirus_setup.exe
  2. Follow instructions: http://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility (Run this tool for all prior installed avast! versions…!!)
  3. Reinstall avast! with the downloaded installer from point 1.
  4. Reboot.
