I am trying to receive a refund for the Avast Total Support product. I have realised that I was tricked into buying the service when there was nothing wrong with my laptop. I sent a support ticket to Avast but there only reply was to tell me to call an overseas number. Iām in Australia and cannot afford a call to the USA. I am really sorry about that. The phone number for Australia is the same you originally dialled to, no need to call to the USA number.
