Guys since morning when ever i try to open my avast Premire it gets stuck at being white …can anybody help me out??

and again am also concerned why this forum says am a Newbie and why my name got changed and again all my messages got deleted on this forum… a

been using Facebook to log in and my account was called Pako7 and of recent i noticed that my account uses PakoBootsapo12 …

and Yes there should be more Posts …been in tis Forum for almost 3 years now

but i used to sign in using facebook …now when i sign in using facebook this is what is coming up

If you sign in using facebook, then there is something wrong with what is being retrieved from facebook. There is also an option to sign in using Google.

Personally I never use these alternative sign ins, I only use my avast account sign in for the forums and haven’t had any issues. Secondly I don’t sign out, so unless I have rebooted (infrequently), I just come back to the forums.

You must have used this email before, most likely on facebook as it appears like a partial element of your email has been for the user name.

The resolution is log on using your avast account credentials for pako7. Using a password manager could also help you a lot.

mostly i get logged off when i use Avast CleanUp …maybe after i clean my browser i guess not sure

Hello,
me too a moment ago to open AIS and also with right click “about avast”
a reboot solved the problem, but it’s still a little strange :-[

edit : w7 pro 64bit , AIS 19.1.2360 , VPS 190203-4 now (I don’t know what VPS I had with white UI screen)
