Avast Ultimage License not showing up in Subscriptions etc.

Hello,

I do have a license for Avast Ultimate but I cannot add it to my account on my.avast.com

I also installed avast on my Windows 10 machine and Android smartphone. I can activate it with they key, no problem. But it is still not shown in “my subscriptions” in the avast backend.

Also, the anti theft options are only “basic” on my phone. So I cannot turn on camera snapshots, audio recording and so on, although it shows “Avast Ultimate” on my mobile phone as valid license.

And last but not least, can I secure the login on “my.avast.com” with Two-Factor or SMS Authentication??

(The email address as used on this forum does not have any subscriptions)

Two-Factor Authentication is not possible at this time. There are plans to add it (no ETA).

So there wont be a two-factor auth any time soon? Because the option of deleting my mobile phone should be really safe behind a login…
