avast unistall

Hello,

I would like someone to help me!!! I installed avast 4. two months ago, but for some reason I wasn’t happy with it.

So I uninstalled it. From that day I’m trying to install another antivirus program and it’s impossible to do that, because the system finds another antivirus program (avast). What should I do?

Download the avast! Uninstall Utility, find it here and save it to your HDD.

Now run the uninstall utility, reboot install the latest version, reboot.

Note: You may be asked the location of the original avast installation, this is the default location C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast4.
