are you sure you uninstalled Anti-Theft? Often customers only uninstall Mobile Security and forget about Anti-Theft…
If you definitely uninstalled it, the messages your phone is sending are probably sent by a preinstalled security solution you configured…and forgot about.

it’s easy to test: if the SMS contains “avast” somewhere in the text, you’ll still need to uninstall Anti-Theft.
if avast! isn’t mentioned, you need to look for the preinstalled security solution.
