Avast Update!

You are not connected to internet
your firewall does not allow the program avast.setup to access to internet.
your HTTP proxy settings are incorrect
server is not accessible …

These are i face when i try to update avast !

How i manage?

i ve checked my DATA-Inet file… it is set to USERAS=1;

I ve switched off windows firewall also…

Ve given detect settings automatically and proxy server connection is successfull…

But am not able to update?

Hm…maybe you can try a repair through control panel :slight_smile:
Add/remove program
Then change/remove avast
A little window will come out!
Go down and select repair
Then click next!
After the reparation, restart your computer and try to see if it updates!

My other question is what is your connection speed O.O"?

Which ever one it is, you must set your firewall to allow avast.setup to access to internet.
