Avast can automatically updated by proxy server?
Because i try too many times also cannot? just can manually used hand updated it. :‘( :’(

a las! :cry: then if updated by proxy server for windows 98, is zzit need to setting at Control Panel → Internet Options → Connections → Click Lan Settings
Tick use a Proxy server , then click Advanced, then type the Proxy address and the port, right?

i want ask , if i selected this Proxy address, and then add on Avast Program Settings → Update(Connection) , click Proxy - then selected Specific Proxy Server. for this step can i make at windows 98 pc? surely can automatic get a new IAVS or not? :-\

avast can run (update) using a proxy server. Just that you need to configure it accordingly with the proxy server.
