I would be grateful if you would help me, I paid by visa for the upgrade of avast, payment to digitalriver.com but I never got any activation code to update it. I got another email asking for bank details again.
Also I emailed avast and they had no record of it?
Note: Support tickets are handled on a First In First Out and can take between 5 and 10 working days, depending on payment method. Whatever you do don’t submit multiple tickets as this throws you back in the line.
Also try - Resend avast License https://www.avast.com/resend-license-paid.php, you will need to enter the email that you used when purchasing the license, e.g. the one that the original email with the link was sent.
Did you try the Resend avast License option I gave ?

I waiting to hear back from them.
I checked with digitalriver website but it linked back to avast when I logged in. You are to send a email through avast which I did.
I’m going around in circle waiting the hear back from the avast licence option.
OK, I wouldn’t have thought the Visa payments shouldn’t take very long to clear.
Have you responded to the response requesting more information to try and track down the order.
In the unlikely even that you made a typo in your email address (surprising how often this happens). Give as much info as possible, date of purchase, the payment method ‘Visa’ as you mentioned, your name and address, anything that they can search on.
EDIT, I have reported this to try and draw attention to it.
