OK, I wouldn’t have thought the Visa payments shouldn’t take very long to clear.
Have you responded to the response requesting more information to try and track down the order.
In the unlikely even that you made a typo in your email address (surprising how often this happens). Give as much info as possible, date of purchase, the payment method ‘Visa’ as you mentioned, your name and address, anything that they can search on.
