Hello.

For some time I have a problem with Avast. From time to time my window pops up (link in the attachment). I am asking for help. All necessary things are in the attachment.

FRST logs seems clean, maybe because MBAM cleaned up all. Are you still getting those popups?

I have been using Firefox for an hour and so far nothing has come up

Open this URL in Chrome:

chrome://serviceworker-internals/

And use Unregister option for all displayed items.

No. The issue still exists

Can you temporaly uninstall Bloody6?

I can, but does that make a difference?

We shall see. There is one entry in logs which indicate Bloody6 can dsiplay/trigger ads and I want to be sure is he culprit.

I removed Bloody 6, restarted pc but the problem still exists.

Install it again. Now try this:

  • Open Notepad (click Start button → type notepad.exe → press Enter)
  • Copy text from code block below and paste it into Notepad
cmd: reg add "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters" /v SearchList /d "" /f
Reboot:
  • Go to File → Save As
  • Make sure that UTF-8 is selected as Encoding (left side of Save button)
  • Save it as fixlist.txt on Desktop
  • Open again FRST and click on button Fix
  • Wait until FRST finishes
  • fixlog.txt should be genereted and opened. Attach it your post.

After this, remove Chrome extensions one by one and test until alerts stop.

I did as you advised, I removed all extensions and so far only ads pop up.
