I posted asking for some help on the 23rd re virus chest but have had no replies. I am not able to find my original post re that subject posted sometime in November I think. Did not write down the instructions I was given & need to go back & possibly undo settings as my computer does not seem to like my ID rather my alto ego. After a neighbour did a system restore without asking 1st my laptop has not been the same.

Thank u so much for that, was able to find the info I needed & have copied & pasted it to look at off line. Thinking I might end up having to do a factory reset to correct all the weird things that are going on. Now I know where to look for all my posts.

You could also attach the logs requested in your original post. That might result in getting you the help you requested.
