The icon is not spinning so it is not scanning anything. But my cpu is stuck at 100% because Avast is using 50-60% of my cpu.
Waiting for things to calm down doesn’t work it just keeps using up my cpu.
How do I make it stop doing that?
I would first try a REPAIR of the Avast installation and see if that settles things down.
