Hi All, I’m jumping the gun here before Version 8 is released to ask if I should do a clean install or upgrade over the top. I normally go over the top, but since it’s a major upgrade from V7 to V8, I thought I’d ask. If it’s recommended to uninstall v7, is it necessary to use the Clean tool, or just uninstall-re-install? Thanks in advance. 
Right now, it’s possible to upgrade from version 7.
But, nowadays, avast! exports all the settings. So, I suggest the clean installation reimporting the settings after that.
