It is so hard to send you an e-mail to get an answer. Not everyone has the time to come to a forum or is in his home country to call you. Give the possibility to send an e-mail for Premium clients or you start losing them.

I have VPN installed and when connected, there are frequent cuts in the internet which is sooo frustrating. If disconnected then all is well. I travel a lot and thats why I need my VPN to work. You have my account, please send me an e-mail with a solution

Paid users have the option to send avast a email for years.
Even the free users could do so till recently.

And no, avast will not send you a email.

Maybe I am computer illiterate because I searched every where to find where to send an e-mail without success

Honestly I do not care, if they do not assist me, then I will search for another provider who gives his clients and easier life
