Avast vs Ansible

Trying to control Windows Hosts with Ansible, but Avast is getting in the way, it detects Powershell and Cmd (that Ansible uses for deploying scripts) as malware, and I can’t get any response from those Windows Hosts.

Turning off, or uninstalling Avast is not an option, so what are my options here?
