Same issue with Carbonite. I have a paid version of Avast. Thats when it all started. I tried all exclusions, and all web ideas to fix problem. Solution is to turn off auto-renewal and get another antivirus. Life is too short to screw around with stuff like this. I have a paid version, yet my account still shows free version. Can’t get that right either. Good luck. I’m done trying to fix their problem for them.
