Avast warning regards mal virus

Hello.

Yesterday I was stupid enough to lick on a downloaded file, without checking it first.
Of course I was infected by som kind of virus.

Malware I think it is.

I have now scanned the computor as it is said I should do in one of the threads here.
I’ll attach the files and would be very glad if someone would like to help me get rid of this stuff from my computor.

Not a great deal showing there, what problems are you experiencing ?

Open notepad and copy/paste the text in the quotebox below into it:

Save this as fixlist.txt, in the same location as FRST.exe
Run FRST and press Fix
On completion a log will be generated please post that

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode onto your desktop.

[*]Close all open programs and internet browsers.
[*]Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.
[*]Click on Scan.
[*]After the scan is complete click on “Clean”
[*]Confirm each time with Ok.
[*]Your computer will be rebooted automatically. A text file will open after the restart.
[*]Please post the content of that logfile with your next answer.
[*]You can find the logfile at C:\AdwCleaner[S1].txt as well.

I did get a lot of warnings from Avast that there were a MAL trying to open some url.

Are the alerts still appearing ?

Actually not. They seem to have stopped! :slight_smile: Do that mean that the disc is clean now?
