Avast warns me when I use Google

Good morning,

Starting this morning, I get an error message every time I search on Google. (See attached screen grab.)

Any idea what’s going on?

There is a site called xf.gdprvalidate.de that appears inside the message
Sometimes, when you search for a site on Google, a site appears in the results, some on blacklist, so this message appears

Have you recently added an extension to Chrome browser and has this happened since then?

Can’t recall if I recently added a Chrome Extension, but I followed the link you suggested and cleared my browsing history. For the moment, that seems to have eliminated the problem. Thanks for your advice.!
