as a avast many years user, i donot know why the goverment disconnected the access to avast.
maybe because avast refused to provide the source code to it. so they made all the users sacrificer in the country.
what can i say? i canot say anything but hehe.

If that the case their has been some issue between China and Avast from their product or server vps they don’t like, I’m sure Avast could be able to resolved this issue otherwise it really up to Chinese Government to settle an agreement between Czech Republic and China.
