Avast Web-Schutz is off and I can´t activate it

Hello Guys!

My Web-Schutz is tunded off and I can´t activate it.

I use windows 7 and the latest version of avast!
1.7 GHz, 2.5 GB Ram…
I also have an avast licence.

Hope you can help me.
It makes my a little bit nervous that avast can´t repair itself.

Try a repair of avast through add remove programs and a reboot.

Have (or did) you another Anti-Virus installed in this system, if so what was it and how did you get rid of it ?

What other security based software do you have installed, firewall, anti-spyware, etc. ?

When I turned on my computer this morning, my web shield was turned off also. Opened up avast and clicked fix it and it turned it back on. Have no idea how it got turned off.
