Avast Web Shield - Blocking print job

I am using the latest Avast free version. My PC application is communicating with a point of sale (POS) server over the network. When I print from the POS server over the network to my printer attached (USB) to my PC, Avast Web Shield is blocking the print job. The POS server issues an FTP to my PC to print. I had to disable Avast Web Shield for it to work. Is there a place in Avast Web Shield were I can exclude the FTP print from being denied?

I’ve tried everything. Web Shield is not allowing port 9000 POS Server IP 192.168.0.101 to get thru PC to print
