Looking at “Be Secure’s” signature I don’t see anything which would cause a conflict.
Other than Sandboxie and Chrome I have the same set-up including Private Firewall.
@ Be Secure What happens when you visit other sites? Please try several other websites and report back.
Also in Private Firewall (PFW) in the “applications” do you have avast set to “allow all”?
If not highlight each “avast” entry>right click>click “allow all”.
