I noticed sometime after I had reset my Internet Explorer 9 back to default settings, that I no longer had the WebRep colored bars in the top right corner of the page, that advises of the safety of the particular website. I went to Tools, Manage add-ons, and found two entries for Avast! WebRep, and they were disabled. I enabled them, and thought I would be good to go. No such luck. ??? Any Ideas out there? Thanks.
PS I should mention that I opened Avast! and went to Additional Protection, Browser Protection, and it showed the Browser plugin as uninstalled for some reason. I Installed it, and restarted I.E., but it made no difference.
Similar problem here with Google Chrome 19.0.1084.52
I have them in search, but all grey.
Same problem here in Chrome. I suppose that maybe the WebRep server is down.
Never mind! It just started working again!!! Don’t ask me why. I concur with Billy Shakespeare : All’s well that ends well.
Still not back for me. Must be the server is down/unreachable in some areas. did you test the Webrep in IE?
web rep is not working for me on IE9 or firefox 13.01. the web rep icon is grayed out on both browsers, and in the search (Bing) as well. is there a fix? or is this a server problem?
I think that it’s a server problem. It’s not currently working for me, but was earlier today.
Works to me now.
