Today I could not update avast I could not do anything with it… so I did the repair… still nothing… did it again nothing. Came to the page about the new version did this install… Premium Security (formerly Premier): https://bits.avcdn.net/insttype_APR still nothing… Any ideas?
Next move is to restart since I don’t know much about computers that is the last trick in my bag.

seems stuck as it is taking a long time to uninstall and if I click anything it just say wait. May have screwed it up this time
I got a privacy warning panicked pulled the charge cord out and the battery… turn it back on all is well. Feeling a bit crazy… but all things seem to be working now. ?
This has been happening to me after the recent updates. After updating avast i can’t open it or it shows avast is loading and there is a red x on the avast taskbar icon. I have to reinstall to get it functioning again. Only happens after updating avast.
